Exam Pattern

The BPSC Judicial Services Exam is conducted in three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview.

Preliminary Examination:

Objective type questions

Two papers: General Studies and Law

Each paper carries 100 marks

Main Examination:

Descriptive type questions

Five compulsory papers and three optional papers

Subjects include General English, General Hindi, General Studies, and Law

Interview:

100 marks

Assesses personality, legal knowledge, and suitability for the judicial services

Eligibility

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the BPSC Judicial Services Exam:

Educational Qualification: A degree in Law from a recognized university

Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 35 years (age relaxation for reserved categories)
