UPSSSC Veterinary Pharmacist Eligibility Criteria 2026

  • High School and Intermediate with Biology from the UP Board or an equivalent recognised board.

  • A 2-year 3-month Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy from a university or institution established by law in India.

  • Council registration is currently not required — a Veterinary Pharmacy Council has not yet been established in Uttar Pradesh.

  • Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script.

  • A valid, non-zero, non-negative normalized UPSSSC PET-2025 score is mandatory.

Preferential qualification: As per Rule 9 of the Service Rules 2025, preference goes to candidates with either 2+ years of Territorial Army service or an NCC 'B' Certificate, all else being equal.
