Currently, I am pursuing research in the fields of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB) as a Research Scholar. My research experience keeps me updated with the latest academic developments and deepens my understanding of the subjects I teach. This allows me to provide students with insights that go beyond textbooks while helping them develop analytical thinking and a deeper understanding of important concepts.

Over the past four years, I have taught students through both online and offline modes, helping them prepare effectively for competitive examinations. I have a thorough understanding of the UGC NET examination pattern, the types of questions asked by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and the strategies required to perform well. I focus on helping students identify their strengths, improve weaker areas, and approach the examination with confidence and clarity.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and completely student-focused. Every class follows a well-planned lesson structure with detailed concept explanations, regular practice sessions, and exam-oriented discussions. I use authentic and updated study materials, practical examples, and strategic preparation techniques to simplify difficult topics and make learning more engaging. To enhance the learning experience, I also use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
