I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have consistently demonstrated academic excellence throughout my educational journey. I am an MBA Gold Medalist and have cleared the UGC NET examination five times. One of my proudest achievements is qualifying for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in December 2024 with an All-India Rank (AIR) of 23. These accomplishments have strengthened my understanding of the examination process and enable me to guide students with practical, result-oriented preparation strategies. Currently, I am pursuing research in the fields of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB) as a Research Scholar. My research experience keeps me updated with the latest academic developments and deepens my understanding of the subjects I teach. This allows me to provide students with insights that go beyond textbooks while helping them develop analytical thinking and a deeper understanding of important concepts. Over the past four years, I have taught students through both online and offline modes, helping them prepare effectively for competitive examinations. I have a thorough understanding of the UGC NET examination pattern, the types of questions asked by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and the strategies required to perform well. I focus on helping students identify their strengths, improve weaker areas, and approach the examination with confidence and clarity. My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and completely student-focused. Every class follows a well-planned lesson structure with detailed concept explanations, regular practice sessions, and exam-oriented discussions. I use authentic and updated study materials, practical examples, and strategic preparation techniques to simplify difficult topics and make learning more engaging. To enhance the learning experience, I also use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
