Once your test series is live on Testkart, you can track student enrollments, monitor sales in real time, view candidate details, and review student feedback directly from the Teacher Dashboard.What Can Teachers Manage?
Through the Testkart Teacher's App, you can access different student and test-series information, including:
Number of students enrolled in a test series
Test-series views
Online purchases
Student enrollment details
Item purchased
Enrollment date
Amount paid
Purchase type
Sponsored student enrollments
Student reviews and ratings
Purchase/enrollment data export
1. Check Enrollment & Views
Go to Test Series in the left menu. Each card shows:
Enrolled — students enrolled
Tests — number of tests
Views — how many times it's been viewed
Tip: High views + low enrollment means people are checking it out but not buying worth revisiting pricing or preview content.
2. View Students Who Purchased
Go to Students → Enrollments → Online Purchases to see:
Student name, email, mobile
Item purchased
Enrolled date
Amount paid
Purchase type
Use the search bar to quickly find a student by name, email, mobile, or item.
3. Check Sponsored Enrollments
Go to Students → Enrollments → Sponsored Enrollments to view students you've sponsored, including cost, status, and enrollment date.
4. Export Your Data
Use Export CSV in the Enrollments section to download purchase/enrollment records anytime.
5. Read Reviews
Go to Students → Reviews to see ratings and reviews per test series.
6. Track Sales
Go to Students → Earnings for revenue details balance, net earnings, total sales, and sponsored spend.
