Analytics shows who visits your pages, what sells, how students use your content and what they rate it. Open Analytics in the left sidebar, or go to testkart.in/teacher/analytics.
Step 1. Pick a period and read the headline numbers
1 Choose the period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. Net earnings, Gross sales and Paid orders also show the change against the previous period.
2 Refresh reloads the numbers.
3 Headline cards (definitions below).
4 Five tabs for detail: Academy, Sales, Products, Students, Reviews.
What each headline card means, as defined on the page:
Visitors: people who opened your profile or any of your item pages, counted once per browser. Your own visits are not counted.
Net earnings: what reaches your wallet after the platform fee. Live test sales count once the test ends.
Gross sales: what students paid for your content, after promo discounts and before the platform fee.
Paid orders: the number of paid orders in the period.
Average order: gross sales divided by paid orders.
Payment success: payment attempts on your content that were paid. Most of the rest are students closing or leaving the payment page.
Refund rate: orders placed in this period that were later refunded, out of paid and refunded orders.
Average rating: average stars from reviews written in this period.
Step 2. Academy tab: where visitors come from
The top row shows Visitors, Page views (profile and item pages), Profile visitors, Added to cart and Share button presses (by you and your students), followed by a daily Visitors and page views chart.
1 Where visitors come from, plus Share buttons used, Share links that brought visitors, Devices and Pages visited.
2 From visit to payment: Visited your pages, Added to cart, Started a payment, Paid. Visitors and carts count browsers; payment steps count students.
3 Page views before tracking: older all-time counters that count every page load, repeat visits included, with no dates or sources. The Payments panel below lists payment attempts; free claims are not counted there.
Step 3. Sales tab: earnings and promo codes
1 Earnings over time, split into your earnings and the platform fee. Free claims show under Products.
2 Balance and payouts takes you to your earnings.
3 Promo codes: orders that used a code in the period. Manage codes opens your promo codes. Earnings by content type sits alongside.
Step 4. Products tab: performance per item
1 Filter by content type.
2 Columns: Visitors, Conversion, Sold, Free, Gross, Your earnings, Refunds, Enrolments, Rating, Completion. Sales and enrolments are for the chosen period; rating and completion are all time.
Top earners, above the table, lists your highest-earning items for the period.
Step 5. Students tab: enrolments and engagement
1 New enrolments, Active learners, Paying students and Repeat buyers.
2 Enrolments and active learners by day. An active learner started a test paper or finished a course lesson that day.
Below the chart: Test finish rate (papers started in the period), Course completion (average progress, all time) and Score distribution (finished test papers in the period).
Step 6. Reviews tab
Students can rate a test series, course or study notes once they have used it. Choose a longer period to see older reviews.
1 Open reviews takes you to all your reviews.
