Security in Cloud Computing: Risks, Data Protection, and Identity Management

This document covers Unit 4 of a Cloud Computing course. It spans five major topics: core cloud security concepts such as multi-tenancy, virtualization, data outsourcing, trust management, and metadata security, and the concept and types of cloud risk — including policy and organizational risks, technical risks, and legal risks. It also covers data security technologies and associated risks, digital identity and access management, and concludes with content-level security, weighing its pros and cons alongside the features of Security-as-a-Cloud Service.
