Why practise both papers together?
In the real UGC NET exam, Paper 1 and Paper 2 are given together in one 3-hour session with no break between them. Practising them separately does not show you how to divide that time. These tests make you decide how long to spend on Paper 1 and how much to save for the 100 Commerce questions, and they show how your accuracy holds up in the last hour.
What is covered in Paper 1?
Paper 1 is common to all UGC NET candidates. Its 50 questions come from 10 units: Teaching Aptitude, Research Aptitude, Comprehension, Communication, Mathematical Reasoning and Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, ICT, People, Development and Environment, and the Higher Education System.
What is covered in Commerce Paper 2?
The 100 Commerce questions cover the 10 units of the official UGC NET Commerce syllabus:
- Business Environment and International Business
- Accounting and Auditing
- Business Economics
- Business Finance
- Business Statistics and Research Methods
- Business Management and Human Resource Management
- Banking and Financial Institutions
- Marketing Management
- Legal Aspects of Business
- Income Tax and Corporate Tax Planning
See the full topic list on the UGC NET syllabus page.
Previous year papers included
The 10 previous year papers are full UGC NET Commerce papers with both Paper 1 and Paper 2, so you practise the exact mix and question style NTA has used in past exams.

Frequently asked questions
What is the UGC NET Commerce exam pattern?
UGC NET Commerce has two papers taken together in 3 hours: Paper 1 with 50 questions and Commerce Paper 2 with 100 questions. Every question carries 2 marks, so the exam is out of 300 marks.
Is there negative marking in UGC NET Commerce?
No. NTA does not deduct marks for wrong answers in UGC NET, and these mock tests follow the same rule.
Does this series include Paper 1?
Yes. Every test has 50 Paper 1 questions followed by 100 Commerce Paper 2 questions, in one 3-hour test.
How should I divide 3 hours between Paper 1 and Paper 2?
Many candidates aim for about 60 minutes on Paper 1 and 120 minutes on Commerce, since Paper 2 has twice as many questions. Use these full mocks to find the split that works for you.
How many tests are in this series?
20 tests: 10 full mock tests and 10 previous year papers, each with 150 questions.
