BHU Nursing Mock Test: Practice for the Entrance
Timed full-length and topic-wise mock tests in the NEET (UG) pattern for BHU B.Sc Nursing admission.
BHU Nursing admission is widely reported to depend on a NEET (UG) score, so the most useful practice is timed full-length papers in the NEET pattern: 180 questions, 720 marks and 180 minutes, with 4 marks for a correct answer and minus 1 for a wrong answer. Mock tests let you rehearse that format before the real paper.
Official Mock Test for BHU Nursing
We checked the BHU admission portal and did not find an official mock test published for BHU Nursing. If BHU releases one, it will be announced there, so check the portal before relying on any practice link from other sites.
Types of Mock Tests You Need
Test type | What it covers | When to take it |
|---|---|---|
Chapter test | One chapter of Physics, Chemistry or Biology | During first revision, after finishing each chapter |
Subject test | A full subject, 45 or 90 questions | Once the syllabus is mostly covered |
Full-length mock | All 180 questions in 180 minutes | Weekly in the last phase of preparation |
Previous year paper | Real questions from earlier exams | Alongside full mocks to understand difficulty |
How to Use Mock Tests
Attempt the test in one sitting, with no breaks beyond what the exam allows.
Mark your answers as you would on the OMR sheet and count the minus 1 for wrong answers.
Analyse the same day: list wrong answers, slow questions and questions you skipped but could solve.
Revise the weak chapters and retake a similar topic test before the next full mock.
Track accuracy, attempts and time per subject over several tests. A steady rise in accuracy matters more than one high score.
What to Track
Accuracy: Correct answers as a share of attempted questions. Aim to raise it before you push for speed.
Attempts: How many questions you answered. A very high attempt count with low accuracy lowers the score under negative marking.
Subject scores: Separate marks for Physics, Chemistry and Biology show which subject needs work.
Time per subject: A pattern of overrunning in one subject is a signal to change your order or approach.
Common Mistakes
Many students take a test, look at the score and move on. The learning is in the review. Others skip the minus 1 rule when counting their marks and get a false sense of progress. A third mistake is taking tests only in the last month, which leaves no time to act on what the tests reveal.
