NIELIT CCC Mock Test 2026: Online Practice Tests
Timed NIELIT CCC practice tests in the 100-question, 90-minute pattern, with analysis to improve your grade.
NIELIT CCC mock tests let you rehearse the real exam: 100 objective questions in 90 minutes, with no negative marking and a 50 percent pass mark. The paper is not hard, but it is detailed. Questions ask about specific menus, shortcut keys, spreadsheet functions and the newer chapters on digital payments, cyber security and AI. Timed practice is the quickest way to find the gaps before the exam does.
With CCC now held quarterly instead of monthly, a failed attempt costs about three months. This page explains which tests to take, how to analyse them, what scores to aim for and where official practice resources stand.

Is There an Official NIELIT CCC Mock Test?
No. NIELIT does not publish an official CCC mock test or demo test on its website or student portal. It does host free CCC video lectures for each chapter on its learning platform, and its official website carries the latest notices.

Be careful with sites or apps that call their tests "official NIELIT mock tests". If a test is not on a nielit.gov.in address, it is not from NIELIT.
Pattern to Practise In
Particular | Details |
|---|---|
Questions | 100 (multiple choice and true or false) |
Marks | 100, 1 mark each |
Time | 90 minutes |
Negative marking | None |
Pass mark | 50 percent; grades S, A, B, C, D and F |
Syllabus | Ten chapters, including digital finance, cyber security and future skills |
Choose mocks that follow the current ten-chapter syllabus. Tests built on the older eight-module syllabus miss three chapters.
Types of CCC Practice Tests
Test type | What it covers | When to take it |
|---|---|---|
Chapter-wise test | One chapter, such as spreadsheets or the internet | Right after you finish that chapter |
Shortcut and function drill | Keyboard shortcuts, menu locations, spreadsheet functions | Two or three times a week during office tool chapters |
Mixed sectional test | Twenty to thirty questions across several chapters | Once half the syllabus is done |
Full-length mock | 100 questions in 90 minutes across all chapters | Final three to four weeks |
Previous year style questions | Questions in the style the exam has used | Alongside full mocks |
How to Use Mock Tests
Learning phase: Take a chapter-wise test after each chapter. Do not worry about time yet.
Building phase: Two mixed tests a week. Start timing yourself.
Exam phase: Two or three full-length mocks a week in the last month, at the time of day your batch is likely to be.
Final week: One full mock a day for three to four days, then revise from your error log.
How to Analyse a Mock Test
The score matters less than what you do with it. Spend as long on the review as on the test.
Wrong answers: Note the chapter and the reason: did not know, confused two options, or misread the statement.
Guessed correctly: Treat these as wrong for revision. You may not get lucky next time.
Slow questions: Mark any question that took more than a minute. These are usually formula or shortcut questions that need more practice.
Practical gaps: If you missed a question about a feature, open the software and try that feature yourself.
Score Benchmarks to Track
Measure | Healthy target before the exam |
|---|---|
Full mock score | 65 or more for a safe pass; 80 or more for grade A |
Questions attempted | All 100, every time |
Time used for first pass | About 60 minutes, leaving time to review |
Weakest chapter | No chapter below about 50 percent accuracy |
These are practice targets, not official figures. They build a margin above the grade bands.
A Four-Week Mock Test Plan
Week | Tests | Focus |
|---|---|---|
Week 1 | Chapter tests for any chapter below 60 percent, plus one full mock | Find your baseline score and weakest chapters |
Week 2 | Two full mocks and daily shortcut drills | Office tools and spreadsheet functions |
Week 3 | Three full mocks | Digital finance, cyber security and future skills; timing |
Week 4 | One full mock a day for four days, then error-log revision | Consistency and exam-day routine |
Common Mistakes with Mock Tests
Only taking full mocks: Without chapter tests, weak areas stay hidden inside an average score.
Skipping review: Taking test after test without studying the mistakes rarely raises the score.
Using outdated tests: Old question sets ignore the digital finance, cyber security and AI chapters.
Practising with notes open: The real exam allows no paper or notes, so practise the same way.
For timed practice in the current pattern, you can take the NIELIT CCC mock tests listed on this page from Testkart educators and use the question-wise analysis to plan your revision.
