UPSSSC Junior Assistant Syllabus: Subject-wise Topics
The UPSSSC Junior Assistant syllabus covers five areas: Hindi, general intelligence, general knowledge, computer and information technology, and general knowledge of Uttar Pradesh. The written paper has 100 questions, so each area is a compact block that can be finished with a steady plan.
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission names the subjects in its notification but does not publish a detailed topic-wise syllabus for this paper. The topic lists below are built from the notification, the section names and the kind of questions asked in earlier papers. Use them as a working checklist, not as an official list.

Typing test: is there a syllabus?
No. The typing test is a skill test, not a knowledge test. The advertisement asked for 25 words per minute in Hindi or 30 words per minute in English, and the test is qualifying. Details such as the font, duration and passage type are issued with the typing test admit card, so read that notice carefully.
