MHT CET Bundle 2027: Test Series, Notes and Course Packs Explained
Test series, study notes and courses for MHT CET PCM and PCB, combined in one pack.
An MHT CET bundle combines several preparation resources, usually a test series, study notes and sometimes a course, into one package. Instead of buying mocks, notes and lessons separately, you get a single set of material planned around the same syllabus and exam pattern.
MHT CET 2027 is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra in two attempts, and the better percentile counts. The first attempt may be held as early as December 2026 to January 2027, with the second expected around April 2027. That makes it important to pick a bundle that covers the right group, follows the current pattern and stays useful until your final attempt. This page explains what a good bundle includes, the main types, how to choose one and how to use it.
What Is an MHT CET Bundle?
A bundle is a set of related resources sold or accessed together. For MHT CET, it typically links three needs that every aspirant has:
Learning: Video lessons or a structured course that teaches the Std XII and listed Std XI chapters.
Revision: Short notes, formula sheets and chapter summaries for quick recall.
Practice: Chapter tests, block tests, full-length mocks and previous year papers in the current computer-based pattern.
The value of a bundle lies in how well these parts connect. Notes that match the course chapters and tests that follow the same order make it easy to learn, revise and test each chapter in one cycle.
What a Complete MHT CET Bundle Should Include
Component | Purpose | What to check |
|---|---|---|
Chapter-wise tests | Check each chapter right after you study it | Covers every Std XII chapter and only the listed Std XI chapters |
Subject and block tests | Build speed for each 90-minute block | Physics and Chemistry together in 90 minutes; Maths or Biology in a separate 90 minutes |
Full-length mocks | Rehearse the complete 180-minute paper | 200 marks, Maths at 2 marks per question for PCM, no negative marking |
Previous year papers | Understand the real difficulty and question style | Recent papers, with solutions |
Study notes | Fast revision before each attempt | Based on the current Maharashtra State Board textbooks |
Formula sheets | Daily recall of Physics, Chemistry and Maths formulas | Organised chapter-wise, short enough to revise in one sitting |
Performance analysis | Find weak chapters and slow sections | Subject-wise scores, accuracy and time per section |
Not every bundle needs every component. A student who already has a course may only need tests and notes. What matters is that the parts you pay for fill a real gap in your preparation.
How many tests should a bundle have?
There is no official number, but you can work it out from how you will practise. If you take one or two full-length mocks a week in the final two months before each attempt, you need roughly 15 to 20 full mocks across the 2027 cycle, plus chapter tests for every chapter in your group. A bundle with far fewer full mocks will leave you short in the final weeks. One with hundreds of mocks offers little extra value, because you will not have time to analyse them properly.
Types of MHT CET Bundles
Bundle type | Suits | Typical contents |
|---|---|---|
PCM bundle | Engineering and technology aspirants | Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics tests, notes and formula sheets |
PCB bundle | Pharmacy and allied course aspirants | Physics, Chemistry and Biology tests, notes and diagram sheets |
PCMB bundle | Students registering for both groups | Shared Physics and Chemistry material plus separate Maths and Biology sections |
Test series and notes bundle | Self-studying students who do not need lessons | Chapter tests, mocks, previous papers and revision notes |
Complete preparation bundle | Students starting preparation in Class 12 | Course, notes, tests and mocks for the full syllabus |
Revision or second-attempt bundle | Students who have covered the syllabus once | Short notes, important-topic tests and full-length mocks |
If you have studied all four subjects and plan to register for both groups, a PCMB bundle avoids paying twice for the same Physics and Chemistry material, since both groups share an identical syllabus for these two subjects.
What changes between PCM and PCB bundles
Area | PCM bundle | PCB bundle |
|---|---|---|
Second block | Mathematics: 50 questions, 2 marks each, 90 minutes | Biology: 100 questions, 1 mark each, 90 minutes |
Main skill to build | Accurate problem-solving under time pressure | Fast reading and recall |
Revision material | Formula and method sheets | Diagram sheets, process flowcharts and fact lists |
Language | Mathematics in English only | Biology in English, Marathi or Urdu |
Physics and Chemistry are the same in both groups, so the first-block material should be identical in either bundle.
Who Should Choose a Bundle
Students starting late in Class 12: With the first attempt possibly in December 2026 or January 2027, a bundle saves the time spent gathering material from different places.
Self-learners who want structure: A bundle gives a ready order of chapters, notes and tests without the cost of full classroom coaching.
Students taking both attempts: One set of material that stays available through both attempts is simpler than renewing separate resources.
Students preparing for boards and MHT CET together: Notes based on State Board textbooks serve both exams.
A bundle may not be the right choice if you already have a course you trust and only need extra mocks. In that case, a standalone test series is usually enough.
How to Choose the Right MHT CET Bundle
Check the syllabus base: The material should follow the Maharashtra State Board syllabus, with about 20% weight on the listed Std XI chapters and about 80% on Std XII. A generic engineering entrance bundle may spend too long on topics MHT CET does not test.
Check the pattern: Mocks must reflect the current pattern, with 50 Mathematics questions of 2 marks each in PCM. Older material may still show 100 Maths questions of 1 mark each.
Match your group: Confirm whether the bundle is for PCM, PCB or both.
Check validity: Access should last until your second attempt, which is expected around April 2027.
Check the language: Physics, Chemistry and Biology are offered in English, Marathi or Urdu, but Mathematics is in English only. Pick material that matches the medium you will choose in the application form.
Look at analysis: Subject-wise scores, time per section and chapter-level weak areas are more useful than a single total score.
Try a sample: Attempt a free test or view sample notes before you commit, to judge the question level and clarity.
Bundle or Separate Resources?
Factor | Bundle | Separate resources |
|---|---|---|
Planning effort | Low, as material is pre-arranged | Higher, as you match notes and tests yourself |
Consistency | Notes and tests usually follow the same chapter order | May follow different syllabus versions or styles |
Flexibility | Fixed set of resources | Pick exactly what you need for each subject |
Suits | Students who want one complete plan | Students who need help in only one or two areas |
How to Use an MHT CET Bundle
The phases below follow the expected 2027 timeline, which has not been officially notified yet. Adjust them once the CET Cell releases the schedule.
Phase | Expected timing | How to use the bundle |
|---|---|---|
Learn and test | Until about November 2026 | Study each Std XII chapter, revise it from the notes, then take its chapter test the same week |
Speed building | About two months before the first attempt | Add block tests twice a week; cover the listed Std XI chapters with notes and chapter tests |
First attempt | Final four weeks before the first attempt | Take one or two full-length mocks a week; revise from formula sheets daily |
Between attempts | Board exam period | Use the Std XII notes for board revision; keep one subject test a week going |
Second attempt | Final four weeks before the second attempt | Focus tests on your weakest subject from the first attempt; take full mocks two to three times a week |
After every test, spend time on analysis. Note each wrong or slow question in an error log by chapter, and revise those topics from the bundle's notes before the next test.
What a Bundle Cannot Replace
Even a complete bundle works alongside a few things you should keep using:
State Board textbooks: MHT CET questions follow textbook chapters and terms, so keep the current Std XI and Std XII textbooks as your reference.
The official brochure: Dates, the syllabus list, fees and the pattern for 2027 will be confirmed only in the CET Cell's information brochure. Check it on the State CET Cell website once released, and make sure your bundle matches it.
Your own error log: Ready-made notes cannot know which questions you personally get wrong. Keep a chapter-wise log of your mistakes from every test.
Common Mistakes With Bundles
Buying and not using: A bundle helps only if you follow its tests regularly. Set fixed days for chapter tests and mocks.
Skipping notes for videos: Lessons build understanding, but short notes are what you revise in the last weeks.
Ignoring analysis: Scores alone do not show where marks are lost. Read the subject-wise and time reports after every mock.
Choosing the wrong group: Confirm whether you will register for PCM, PCB or both before you pick a bundle.
