RRB JE EE Eligibility 2026: Qualification, Age Limit
RRB JE EE eligibility depends on three things: your Electrical qualification, your age on a fixed reference date, and a few general conditions such as nationality and medical standards. This page explains the rules for the Junior Engineer (Electrical) post under CEN 04/2026 so you can check yourself before applying or planning for a future cycle.
Eligibility rules are taken from the reported notification details and can change in a corrigendum. Confirm them on rrbapply.gov.in or rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.

A B.E. or B.Tech degree in the same discipline is also accepted. The notification lists specific allied streams for each JE category, so check that your branch name appears there before you apply.

Diploma holders and degree holders both apply: A degree is not required, but it is accepted.
