RSMSSB Junior Accountant Syllabus 2026: Paper 1 and Paper 2
The RSMSSB Junior Accountant syllabus covers twelve subjects split across two objective papers. Paper 1 tests general ability, from Hindi and English to Rajasthan GK and computer basics. Paper 2 tests the commerce and rules knowledge a government accountant uses every day. The same syllabus applies to Junior Accountant and Tehsil Revenue Accountant (TRA), because the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB, formerly RSMSSB) holds one combined exam for both posts.
No new notification has been released as of October 2026, so this page follows the syllabus prescribed for the latest cycle, Advertisement No. 02/2023. Below you will find each subject's topics, where to start, which areas overlap and a phased plan to finish both papers.

Key Changes to Know
CET comes first: Since the 2023 cycle, only Rajasthan CET (Graduation Level) qualified candidates can sit this exam, so the CET syllabus is effectively a first stage.
Rules subjects are chapter-specific: Paper 2 asks only from prescribed chapters of the Rajasthan Service Rules and GF&AR Part I, not the whole books.
Some pages mix bodies: Older pages may still show an RPSC Junior Accountant scheme or a different paper structure. Follow the RSSB notification for this exam.
