  • Reporting Period: The issue must be reported to TestKart within 24 hours of the purchase date and time.

2. Reporting a Refund Request

To request a refund, students must:

    • Order ID
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., payment receipt)
    • Description of the issue, including specific details about the non-delivery or discrepancy.

3. Refund Process

  • Verification: TestKart will verify the claim by cross-checking the details with the teacher and platform records.
  • Resolution Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of submission, provided the claim is valid.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
  • The issue is reported after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • The content has been delivered as promised, and no discrepancies are found.
  • Technical issues unrelated to TestKart (e.g., slow internet connection, incompatible devices).
  • Student dissatisfaction with the difficulty level or format of the content, if it aligns with the description provided at the time of purchase.

  • TestKart reserves the right to reject refund requests if:
    • The claim is found to be fraudulent or unsupported by evidence.
